Change Management

 

Members of the G2L team have helped local authorities to improve their key service contracts for better sustainability performance including:  

Stroud District Council: waste contracts, cleansing contracts, parks management and housing maintenance contracts;
London Borough of Sutton: standards and specifications and tendering of parks and highways contracts;
London Borough of Richmond-upon-Thames: green space contracts to include carbon footprint reductions; and
Birmingham City Council: drafting of specifications and tendering of all
open space contracts.
