Bruce Cockrean MSc (Env Mgt), BSc, AIEMA, EARA, CBiol, MIB

Bruce Cockrean is a director of Global to Local Limited. He has over 9 years experience as an Environmental Manager at the London Borough of Sutton and 6 years experience of developing and advising on environmental management systems including BS7750, EMAS and IS014001, in both the public and private sector in the UK, Europe and New Zealand. Bruce was responsible for 16 of the first 17 LA-EMAS registrations.

Bruce has also advised a range of international private sector clients. He has run a three year project to develop national guidance for environmental management systems and IS014001 for New Zealand Local Government. Bruce has also assisted Local Government New Zealand with the implementation of national Local Agenda 21 Strategies. Bruce has developed and run a wide range of training courses on environmental management and auditing for local government in the UK, Europe and New Zealand.
