STROUD DISTRICT COUNCIL PANEL ON CLIMATE CHANGE
The panel provides independent advice to the Council and Local Strategic Partnership (LSP) and provides a non-elected member external scrutiny of Council policy and performance in relation to climate change.
Global to Local's role in the project:
The panel is chaired by Helmut Lusser.
Start date: The panel commenced work in 2007 and was appointed initially for 2 years.
